Last updated: October 2026

Pixmo respects intellectual-property, privacy and personal rights.

This page explains how to report content or activity you believe violates your rights or Pixmo's policies.

DMCA DESIGNATED AGENT

Pixmo (getpixmo.com) has designated the following agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512):

Copyright Agent
Parcel Locker 51, Pimpama QLD 4209, Australia
Email: info@getpixmo.com
U.S. Copyright Office registration: DMCA-1082671

A notice of claimed infringement must be in writing and include substantially the following:

  • a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf;
  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered by one notice);
  • identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it on Pixmo (for example, a URL, generation ID or account email);
  • your contact information, including name, address, telephone number and email address;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Notices that do not substantially meet these requirements may not be acted on. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.

DMCA COUNTER-NOTICE

If your content was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice to the Copyright Agent above that includes:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal;
  • a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  • your name, address and telephone number; and
  • a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Pixmo may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or their agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the person who sent the original notice and may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless that person notifies us that they have filed a court action to restrain the alleged infringement.
